I am still a bit scared of the things that the Spirits would tell me . That is why I thought having a healing session would be better for me , but than I decided that at the moment I need some help for clarity .

1. The things spirits tell how accurate are they ?
2. And how many questions can I ask ?
3. Are the answers more like Yes or No ?

The Ceremony of Finding Your Song is a guided ceremony instructing you how to purposefully turn your attention to feel your own Song, your own Beingness, and, as I mentioned in the post “Introduction to Song”, it is the heart and basis of all the teachings, beliefs and ceremonies of the Hetakas’ tribe.

While studying with Kay during one of our sessions in which she led us through a particularly amazing Egyptian initiation I asked her, after the ceremony: “What else is there? What can one possibly learn that goes beyond what we have just experienced?”

Her answer was, without hesitation: “Knowing your own Song, owning it and living it.”

Within the Hetakas’ Peruvian tradition there is one central element that their people are being taught at a very young age.

This single, most important aspect of these teachings and of the life of these people is to know Self, to truly know who and what we are, or as Domano and Chea, Kay’s adopted Peruvian grandparents and teachers poetically referred to as “knowing our own Song”.

You can find many references and descriptions about Song throughout Kay’s books and most all our material on and offline, as well as in many of the Bone Throws.
